Valley View Villa Project 

Valley View Villa is a new long-term care facility currently under construction in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, designed to support a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused care environment. Organized around a small house and Green House–inspired model, the facility emphasizes privacy, dignity, and a home-like atmosphere for residents.

The mechanical scope includes HVAC and plumbing systems designed to support modern long-term care operations and enhanced infection prevention standards. The mechanical systems are designed to deliver consistent indoor comfort, reliable ventilation, and robust plumbing infrastructure to meet the demands of a modern long-term care environment.

Through careful coordination and quality craftsmanship, the mechanical installation supports private resident rooms, self-contained neighbourhoods, and integrated staff spaces. Scheduled to welcome its first residents in 2027, Valley View Villa represents a forward-looking investment in long-term care infrastructure in Nova Scotia.
