JAG Hotel Expansion Project

Newfound Mechanical Ltd. has been contracted through Olympic Construction Ltd. to provide the mechanical, controls and coordination work for the JAG Hotel Expansion Project in downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

 

This new expansion will include an extra 85 rooms, a 140-seat lounge, an expansion to the existing restaurant, the addition of a fitness centre and spa, a coffee shop and a two-storey multi-purpose venue capable of accommodating concerts of up to 1500 people.
